Hello! I support international students in Sendai with visas, part-time jobs, housing, and daily procedures.
All prices are shown in JPY (tax included). On-site support is available within Sendai City.

1. Visa & Status of Residence Support

• Permission to work part-time (Qualification for activities outside status): 15,000 JPY
• Extension of Period of Stay: from 80,000 JPY
• Change of Status (e.g., Student → Work): from 140,000 JPY

* Final fees depend on individual conditions. You will receive a clear estimate before we start.

2. Part-Time Job Support

• Japanese Resume Creation (per employer) – transcreation & optimization from your English CV: 9,800 JPY
• Additional application using the same resume as a base (per employer): 5,000 JPY
• Mock interview (Japanese, 30 minutes): 5,000 JPY
• LINE consultation (part-time job questions only, 1 month): 3,000 JPY

3. Housing & Daily Life Support (Sendai City)

• Apartment Search & Application (same day) – accompany to real estate agency, viewings, and application submission: 25,000 JPY
• Lease Contract Support – explanation of contract terms & accompaniment to signing: 20,000 JPY
• Utilities Setup – electricity, gas, water, internet arrangements: 15,000 JPY
• Address Change Procedures – city hall registration & Residence Card update: 18,000 JPY
• Emergency Contact Support (Sendai City only, optional) – For students who cannot find a Japanese emergency contact (teacher or friend). After an in-person meeting at our office, if we judge the student trustworthy, the administrative scrivener can serve as the emergency contact for the rental application. Fee: 30,000 JPY / per contract
