Additional Notes
- All fees include tax and are calculated per applicant (actual expenses such as revenue stamps are excluded)
- 50% of the fee is required as a retainer at the time of engagement; the remaining balance is payable after approval
- Urgent cases: 1.5× the standard fee
- Re-application after denial (including self-application or other offices): 1.5× the standard fee
- Detailed guidance on document preparation and collection is provided after contract execution (outside the scope of free consultation)
- We may decline cases depending on the consultation results
